A one-year comprehensive consulting program designed to maximize efficiency and increase production, through the customization and refinement of the major practice management systems. An emphasis is placed on leadership and staff development with a framework for clarity and accountability within the day-to-day administration and operations of the office.

The SuccessTrac Program is designed to allow the consultant to work as part of your team to educate, monitor, coach and assist in the implementation of change that will lead to optimum productivity and profitability.

Statistics gathered monthly by the team are compiled into a comprehensive report for review with the doctor(s) as the progress and results of the program are continually monitored. Consulting workbooks and a documentation process, maintained throughout the program, allow for the retention of information for both reference and the easy transition of future staff members.

With the completion of a practice questionnaire, the particulars of your practice and treatment philosophies are taken into consideration for customization of the year-long program. The consulting agenda may be modified, if needed, to maximize effectiveness for your specific practice needs.
